Redditch manufacture is in high spirits after successfully accessing a finance package which will now enable the business ‘TP3 Global‘ with offices also based in Solihull to buy new machinery and equipment as well as hire additional staff.
The finance package was sourced with the help of Central Finance a commercial finance company based in the West Midlands who helped achieve a six-figure business grant package for the Redditch-based firm to fund its ambitious growth plans.
Central Finance with offices in Birmingham and Worcestershire, sourced the business grant package as well as a commercial mortgage for the Redditch manufacture to help TP3 Global drive forward with the expansion of its premises, as well as invest in new machinery to develop its intelligent, protective packaging.

The funding gained via the business grant will enable the creation of 14 brand new jobs so the Redditch manufacture can expand its customer base and in turn increase its exports.
Clive Wheeldon, CEO and chairman at TP3 Global said: “To continue to innovate and keep ahead of the demanding legislative changes in the pharmaceutical sector, Peter {Lockett, COO and global technical director} and I decided we needed to invest in new technology and expand our infrastructure.
Alison Bradley, managing director of Central Finance, said: “I’m very pleased we achieved this significant grant funding and commercial mortgage for TP3 Global.
“Grant funding, like all business financing options, can be complex and time-consuming for business owners and understanding the process, terminology and ultimately the criteria can be a minefield.”
